General Troubleshooting

1. There are several factors to consider why the streaming is having an issue.
2. Streaming won’t work? Refresh your page browser, or by pressing f5.
3. Ensure you have a stable network connection and internet.
4. Try viewing or connecting to the stream a different way.
5. Make sure streaming video sound is on by clicking on the small speaker icon.
6. Double check the steps that you’re using to see if there’s an error.
7. Sit back and enjoy watching our biblically based weekly streaming videos.
